In Group D, Flamengo have secured their ticket to the next round after two convincing victories, firmly holding the top spot with 6 absolute points. The competition for the remaining spot is a direct confrontation between Chelsea (England) and Espérance de Tunis (Tunisia). Currently, both teams have 3 points, but Chelsea is ranked higher thanks to a better goal difference (0 vs -1).

The final match between Chelsea and Espérance de Tunis is therefore decisive. With the current goal difference, Chelsea only needs a draw to qualify for the next round. On the contrary, Espérance de Tunis must win if they want to get through the group stage.
