Nha Trang Sea Culture and Tourism Festival 2025 attracts more than 660,000 visitors

With many unique cultural, sports and artistic activities, Khanh Hoa province welcomed more than 660,000 visitors during the Nha Trang Sea Culture - Tourism Festival 2025.

On the afternoon of June 24, Khanh Hoa Provincial People's Committee held a conference to summarize the Nha Trang Sea Culture - Tourism Festival 2025.

Taking place throughout June 2025 with nearly 40 unique activities and events, the 2025 Sea Culture - Tourism Festival has the theme "Nha Trang say Hi", focusing on activities taking place from June 7 to 9.

Mr. Dinh Van Thieu - Vice Chairman of Khanh Hoa Provincial People's Committee - said that during the festival, it welcomed about 667,000 visitors, mainly from June 7 to 10.

Of which, the number of guests staying reached about 290,000. The occupancy rate of accommodation rooms increased, reaching over 85%, concentrated in tourist accommodation establishments of 3 stars or higher and equivalent.

Hotels in the central area of Nha Trang city and 4-star and 5-star resorts in coastal areas have an occupancy rate of over 90%, some facilities reach 100% occupancy during the festival.

According to the People's Committee of Khanh Hoa province, the festival, held for the first time, introduced the unique cultural features of the locality to local people and domestic and foreign tourists.

In which sports tournaments such as international beach volleyball tournament, Seastar Nha Trang Bay swimming tournament, sports and off-road racing tournament... have their own brands, contributing to promoting the image of Khanh Hoa tourism.

During the festival, the province also organized activities to protect the environment, especially the environment of Nha Trang Bay - one of the most beautiful bays in the world - contributing to the implementation of the province's planned goals of preserving and promoting the value of Nha Trang Bay.

According to Mr. Dinh Van Thieu, with the recent festivals, the province has attracted a large number of visitors in early summer, thereby hoping to help the province complete the goal of welcoming 1.5 million visitors in June.

According to the Department of Culture, Sports and Tourism of Khanh Hoa, in the first 5 months of the year, the whole province welcomed more than 4.6 million overnight guests, including 2.2 million international visitors, with tourism revenue estimated at nearly 23,652 billion VND.

In 2025, Khanh Hoa province aims to welcome 11.8 million visitors, including 5.2 million international visitors; tourism revenue reaches 60,000 billion VND.
