Affirming the role of political nucleus, spreading the power of solidarity

Duc An commune was established on the basis of merging Dak N'Drung commune, Nam Binh commune and Duc An town. During the 2020 - 2025 term, the Party Committees of the predecessor localities, now Duc An commune Party Committee, led the political system and the people to unite to overcome difficulties, achieving many important results in many fields. The average economic growth rate for the whole period was 7.13%.

Total budget revenue in 2025 is estimated at 60.4 billion VND, reaching 158% of the target assigned by the province. Average income per capita is estimated at 70.3 million VND. The poverty rate decreased from 4.49% to 1.46%, reaching 136.3% compared to the Resolution.

The national target program on new rural construction has achieved many positive results. By 2024, all three old localities will have met new rural standards. The rural appearance has changed significantly, infrastructure has been invested synchronously, the system of schools, medical stations, electricity - roads - water - markets has been upgraded and renovated.

The cultural and social fields have positive changes. Sustainable poverty reduction, care for policy families, and social security have received attention. National defense and security continue to be maintained; social order and safety are ensured.

Party members in villages and hamlets in the commune participate in the Congress.

The work of building the Party and the political system is focused on all five aspects: politics, ideology, ethics, organization and cadres. The study and following of Ho Chi Minh's ideology, ethics and style is seriously implemented, associated with local political tasks.

The leadership capacity and fighting strength of grassroots party organizations and party members have been gradually improved.

Strive to become an advanced new rural commune by 2030

Deputy Secretary of Duc An Commune Party Committee Pham Thi Thuy reported on the working results of the first session of the Congress.

The Congress approved the key targets and tasks for the 2025 - 2030 term. In particular, the average growth rate of production value is expected to reach over 11.55%; of which, agriculture, forestry and fishery will reach over 8.91%; industry and construction will reach over 17.2%; and services will reach over 10.73%.

Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee, Chairman of the People's Committee of Duc An Commune Vo Quoc Tuan approved the Review Report of the Party Executive Committee of the Commune.

The Duc An Commune Party Committee also identified three breakthrough tasks: Promoting the development of infrastructure to serve production and people's lives; digital transformation associated with administrative reform and building digital government; improving the quality of human resources to serve socio-economic development and integration.

Create a new journey with concrete actions

Speaking at the Congress, comrade Ha Thi Hanh acknowledged and commended the outstanding results that the Party Committee, government and people of Duc An commune have achieved in the past term.

Delegates vote to approve the targets for the 2025 - 2030 term.

He suggested that the Party Committee of the commune focus on concretizing the Congress resolution with a full-term action program, clearly assigning people, tasks, and roadmaps; prioritizing effective land management, developing green - clean - sustainable agriculture, associated with building advanced and exemplary new rural areas.

At the same time, localities need to improve the quality of education, training, and health care for people, promote vocational training, and develop local human resources.

The Duc An Commune Party Committee needs to continue building a clean and strong Party and political system; maintain national defense and security; strengthen administrative reform, digital transformation and improve efficiency in serving the people.

He noted that Duc An commune needs to take the lead in concretizing major policies of the Central and Provincial Party Committees, especially Resolutions No. 57, 59, 66 and 68 of the Politburo.
