According to the 2024-2025 school year plan framework of the Ministry of Education and Training , the opening ceremony will be held nationwide on the morning of September 5. Localities must ensure 35 weeks of actual study (18 weeks of semester I, 17 weeks of semester II); and implement holidays and Tet according to regulations.
To prepare for the new school year, the Ministry has also sent a dispatch requesting provinces and cities to ensure facilities and teachers, especially for subjects such as English, IT, music , and fine arts.
