The Chu Se team's bamboo flute solo performance was highly appreciated by the judges.

Propaganda art is always the content that mobile propaganda teams focus on to attract audiences. Singing and dancing programs, solo performances, instrumental ensembles, etc. are carefully invested in costumes, props, and music with high professionalism, with a smooth combination of folk and contemporary elements, while closely following the theme of praising the Party, Uncle Ho, love for the homeland, country, and the heroic fighting tradition of the nation.

Next, through the oral propaganda and information drama competitions, the teams skillfully integrated the transmission of the Party's guidelines and policies, the State's policies and laws; ethnic and religious policies; the movement to build new rural areas; building cultural families and civilized lifestyles; traffic safety; drug prevention and control; environmental protection... as well as reflecting "hot" issues in society.

The Ia Pa district mobile propaganda team brought laughter to the audience with the information play “Love poverty”, reflecting some problems in poverty reduction work in the locality. That is the reality that people have a mentality of dependence, waiting for support from the State, so they do not want to escape poverty. Hearing that officials came to inspect, some households hid their TVs, refrigerators, motorbikes, and took cows to leave at… neighbors' houses.

Mr. Nguyen Thai Son - Director of Ia Pa District Culture, Information and Sports Center - shared: "Participating in competitions as well as going to the grassroots, the team members always try to practice, ensuring the propaganda task. The team's program will be brought to serve people in remote areas to meet the need to enjoy art and culture, and improve people's knowledge".

The Chu Se team also impressed with propaganda content that closely followed reality, such as the informational play "Children of the mountains and forests", inspired by those who mobilized villages to eliminate bad customs to build a civilized and prosperous life.

The propaganda theme of the model "Returning to faith, keeping peace in villages" of the Chu Se team is also very current content, meeting the information needs of the people.

The organizing committee awarded first, second and third prizes to the entire team.

Commenting on the quality of the festival, musician Nguyen Khac Phu - Head of the Dam San Music and Dance Theater, Head of the jury - said: "We sensed that there were some difficulties in terms of resources and funding for program development, but we acknowledge what the teams have done and promoted in the festival. Although there are some limitations, in general, the performances of the groups are good and impressive.

Through the competition, many talents in singing, dancing, music, drama, and choreography emerged with tight, clear staging and program layout, closely following the theme and content given by the Organizing Committee, bringing about encouraging results.

Many works were highly appreciated for their artistic quality such as the bamboo flute solo “On the road to victory” (Chu Se team); solo “Chu Pah my love” (Chu Pah team); dance “Warm fire and gong rhythm” (Ia Pa team); trio “Spring for the Party” (Dak Doa team); t'rung solo (Mang Yang team)…

At the closing ceremony, the Organizing Committee awarded a total of 30 prizes. In the oral propaganda category, the A, B, and C prizes were awarded to the Chu Pah, Krong Pa, and Ia Pa teams, respectively. In the cheering performance category, the Chu Se team took the lead, followed by the Chu Pah and Ia Pa teams. In the information drama category, the Chu Se team continued to win the A prize, while the B and C prizes went to the Ia Pa and Chu Pah teams.

In the content of decorating propaganda vehicles for exhibitions, for the third time Chu Se was named in the highest position, followed by Chu Pah and Dak Doa. The result was completely convincing when the Chu Se team won the first prize for the whole group; the second prizes were awarded to the Ia Pa and Chu Pah teams; the third prize belonged to the Ayun Pa team. The remaining teams won consolation prizes.

Mr. Nguyen Ngoc Long - Director of Dam San General Music and Dance Theater, Head of the festival organizing committee - affirmed: The experiences drawn from this festival will help the mobile propaganda teams in the province continue to strive, constantly improve their political mettle and professional expertise to perform well the tasks of soldiers on the cultural and ideological front, thereby promptly motivating people and all levels and sectors to enthusiastically work and produce, join hands to preserve and promote the unique cultural values of the locality, contributing to building the homeland and country to be increasingly prosperous and happy.

This is especially meaningful at a time when localities are preparing for Party congresses at all levels for the 2025-2030 term, towards the 14th National Party Congress.

Representing the team that won the first prize overall, Mr. Tran Van Tram - Deputy Director in charge of the Center for Culture, Information and Sports of Chu Se district - said: "The organizing committee created conditions for the mobile propaganda teams to exchange, discuss and learn from each other. In the following years, we will strive to build better programs and contribute more to the audience."

Ms. Nguyen Thi Bach Nga - Deputy Director of the Center for Culture, Information and Sports of Chu Pah district expressed: "All teams participating in the festival are enthusiastic and eager. In my opinion, mobile information teams are an effective propaganda channel and need to be continued to be maintained."
