Attending the Festival were leaders of the Party Committee of the Provincial Agencies and Enterprises Bloc; leaders of the Provincial Labor Federation. The program was livestreamed by Tuyen Quang Newspaper on the fanpages: Tuyen Quang Online Newspaper, Purple Region, Tuyen Quang News and the fanpage of Tuyen Quang Provincial Civil Servants' Union.

The Festival was attended by nearly 300 actors who are union members, civil servants, and workers from 68 grassroots unions and 7 grassroots union emulation clusters under the Provincial Civil Servants' Trade Union.

Participating in the Festival, each team performs 2 acts (genre optional): Folk dance, or Line Dance, Shuffle Dance, sports dance.
At the end of the Festival, the Organizing Committee awarded 1 A prize, 2 B prizes, and 4 C prizes. The A prize went to Competition Cluster No. 3; the B prize went to Competition Cluster No. 1 and Competition Cluster No. 5. In addition, the Organizing Committee awarded 2 additional prizes: the performance with the largest number of participants and the performance with the most beautiful costumes.

The festival is a practical activity to celebrate the 95th anniversary of the founding of the Vietnam Trade Union. This is also a useful playground for union members, workers, civil servants and laborers to demonstrate their talents, exchange and strengthen solidarity. Thereby improving spiritual life, fostering love for the homeland and country and attachment to the Trade Union organization; creating a competitive atmosphere in work and production of union members, workers, civil servants and laborers.
