Three Mong ethnic households whose houses were swept away by floodwaters were the families of Mr. and Mrs. Chao Thi Mui, Sung Mi De, and Sung Mi Sa in village team 5, Linh Ho commune. All of the level 4 houses and properties of the households were completely damaged.

Immediately after the disaster, the Party Committee and the government of Linh Ho commune promptly called on benefactors to support households with money and goods with a total cost of 280 million VND. The Provincial Fatherland Front and the Red Cross came to give gifts, and planned to support 60 million VND for households to rebuild new houses. Along with that, Linh Ho commune mobilized local forces including militia, youth union members and villagers to support working days, transport materials, level the ground and build house frames.

Up to now, the foundation of the works has been completed, the walls are being urgently constructed; striving to complete before December this year so that households can soon stabilize their lives.
