The 1st Congress of Women's Delegates of Xin Man Commune, term 2025-2030

On October 16, the Women's Union of Xin Man commune organized the 1st Congress of Women's Delegates of Xin Man commune, term 2025-2030. Attending the Congress were the Standing Committee of the Party Committee of Xin Man commune, leaders of agencies and units located in the area, and 113 official delegates, representing more than 3,300 women members in the whole commune.

The Standing Committee of Xin Man Commune Party Committee presented flowers to congratulate the President and Vice President of the Commune Women's Union for the 2025 - 2030 term.

During the 2021-2025 term, the women's movement of Xin Man commune achieved many outstanding results. The Association has promoted the spirit of solidarity, innovation, creativity, and effectively implemented emulation movements, such as "Building Vietnamese women of the new era", "Building families of 5 no, 3 clean", "Women helping each other develop the economy ", "Women good at production and business"... Supported 24 poor women's households to escape poverty sustainably, 25 households to renovate mixed gardens, mobilized to plant over 15,500 trees, and coordinated to lend 457 households more than 24.7 billion VND to develop production.

Attention was paid to the study and improvement of qualifications with 18 literacy classes for nearly 200 members; coordination in building and repairing 31 "Shelters of Love", mobilizing more than 1,200 working days to help members in difficulty.

With the theme "Solidarity, innovation, dynamism, creativity; building a strong Union organization; contributing to building a rich and civilized Xin Man commune", the Congress set out 3 breakthroughs and 6 main groups of targets for the 2025-2030 term, in which it strives to support at least 45 women's households to develop the economy, help 7 households escape poverty, support 50 households to meet the criteria of "5 have, 3 clean", 100% of Union officials are trained to improve digital capacity. By 2030, 100% of women members aged 18 and over will have basic digital skills and level 2 electronic identification accounts.

The Congress announced the Decision to appoint the Executive Committee of the Women's Union of Xin Man commune, term I, consisting of 25 comrades, the Standing Committee of 5 comrades, the Inspection Committee of 5 comrades. The Decision to appoint 3 official delegates and 1 alternate delegate to attend the 1st Congress of Women's Delegates of Tuyen Quang province. The Decision to appoint the Chairman, Vice Chairman, and Head of the Inspection Committee of the Women's Union of the commune was announced. Comrade Giang Thi Vang was appointed to hold the position of Chairman of the Women's Union of Xin Man commune for the term 2025 - 2030.
