To complete the dragon mascot, the team of workers used plastic to make dragon scales, the dragon's body inside was made of iron bars surrounded by a net, the dragon's belly was made of plaster. The dragon's parts were all designed quite meticulously, with eye-catching colors, the rocks were made of foam, shaped, and colored eye-catchingly.

The dragon's head was "breathed" into majesty and bravery by artisan Tam, true to the spirit of the four sacred animals: dragon - unicorn - turtle - phoenix. According to artisan Dinh Van Tam, the dragon mascot statue was crafted based on the idea of a dragon landing on a rocky mountain.
