Singer-songwriter Vu. (full name Hoang Thai Vu) has just announced his third studio album and concert tour called The Museum of Regrets , which will take place on October 12 at the Saigon Exhibition and Convention Center (SECC, Ho Chi Minh City) and on October 26 at Yen So Park (Hanoi). Singer Uyen Linh (champion of Vietnam Idol 2010 ) will hold a live concert The Vocalist on the evening of November 9 at the Hoa Binh Theater (Ho Chi Minh City).

Singer Hong Nhung recently held a press conference to inform about the concert Hong Nhung sings about Hanoi taking place on the evening of November 30 at Ho Guom Theater (Hanoi).

At the 20-year singing milestone in 2024, Ho Ngoc Ha will perform a special "non-stop concert" of only dance music in December with the theme Music Festival, expected to gather 10,000 spectators at Thu Thiem Riverside Park (Thu Duc City, Ho Chi Minh City) with the participation of 4 famous male singers and international DJs. The program will last 5-6 hours and Ho Ngoc Ha will take on the role of host, with a separate performance time of about 2 hours.

The situation is different now. Fans are willing to buy tickets to watch live shows to enjoy the atmosphere of the venue, meet their idols or singers they love in person, as live show producers are increasingly improving the quality of the program.

Ticket prices for Vietnamese music shows currently range from 600,000 – 1 million VND to over 8 million VND. Some shows are “sold out”, and those who are a little slow will no longer be able to buy tickets.

The clearest proof is the show Anh trai say hi after "making waves" on television recently, the producer organized a live concert on September 28, gathering 30 "brothers" who are young singers and famous rappers such as Hieuthuhai, Rhyder, Quang Hung MasterD, Isaac, Duc Phuc, Erik, Phap Kieu, Quan AP... making fans unable to buy tickets even though more than 20,000 tickets were sold. Viewers filled the stands at the performance venue at Thu Thiem riverside park (Thu Duc City), creating a huge "sea" of audience, enthusiastically cheering, singing along with the hits that have dominated the music charts in recent times. Regarding the stage investment, the series of performances of this show are also considered "pleasing to the eyes and ears", not inferior to the scale of international star concerts. The second concert night of this show will continue to take place on October 19 at Van Phuc City (Thu Duc City).

Also at Thu Thiem riverside park, the concert of the show Anh trai vu ngan cong gai with the declaration of quality "top notch, ceiling notch, fluttering" will take place on the evening of October 19, gathering 33 "talents": Bang Kieu, Tu Long, Soobin Hoang Son, Binz, Kay Tran, Jun Pham, Trong Hieu, Thanh Duy, ST Son Thach, Cuong Seven... with a scale of more than 20,000 seats including 12 different ticket classes, the highest ticket is 8 million VND, but was sold out after only 90 minutes. The huge purchasing power made the audience unable to react, many fans regretted not being able to buy tickets and hoped for another music night to meet the needs of fans.

Producer Tran Thanh Trung commented: “The recent success of major live shows shows a positive sign for the Vietnamese entertainment market. Vietnamese fandom groups that are active on social networks also contribute to creating heat for the programs. This success not only reflects the public’s need to enjoy music today, but also opens up many opportunities for development and improvement for the entertainment and arts industry in Vietnam.”

Director Cao Trung Hieu shared the “secret” to creating successful shows by Ha Anh Tuan, Hong Nhung, Den and many other shows such as The Master of Symphony, Storii, The Legend Concert … is “the most important thing is to build an overall artistic idea, focusing on stage design, lighting, music playing, choreography… to stage the entire program, highlighting the personality and uniqueness of the singer’s voice as well as the best and most interesting things from the artist himself”; because for him, “the audience who goes to see and listen to music now is very sophisticated and always demands higher and higher artistic quality, the organizer must know how to touch their direct emotions”.
