Reporter: How do you assess the recent trend of many businesses adopting AI?

- Mr. NGUYEN XUAN SON: With the development of technology and strong investment from large technology corporations, AI has been helping people synthesize information, analyze big data, and identify trends and make suggestions to help people make appropriate decisions more easily and quickly. Many jobs in businesses today, such as customer service, marketing, and content writing, are greatly supported by AI. In fact, AI can even outperform humans in meeting customer needs. AI, in conjunction with robotics technology in factories, is helping people mass-produce components and products through efficient automated processes.

In the human resources field, many recruiters have used AI to filter out numerous unsuitable resumes or those with simple stylistic and spelling errors. Additionally, recruiters use ChatGPT to find interview questions and predict candidate answers. Candidates, on the other hand, can leverage ChatGPT to review or create compelling resumes. Before AI, candidates typically refined their resumes manually to suit each job and position. This process was time-consuming, but now they can do it better and faster thanks to AI.

Could AI replace human jobs in the future?

Previously, AI was primarily used for traditional, simple, structured, and predictable tasks. However, with the rapid advancement of technology, AI can now analyze big data, support decision-making, and automate processes; easily handling complex problems previously only human-controlled. Furthermore, AI provides insights by using large datasets to predict possible outcomes. According to ManpowerGroup's *The New Human Age* report, over 80% of businesses have increased their focus on digital transformation post-COVID-19, making digital technology one of the most promising sectors for growth.

- To avoid being replaced, workers need to improve their professional and soft skills, constantly learn, innovate, and update themselves on new issues in their field of work. People can view AI as a companion, leveraging its superior characteristics such as the ability to search and analyze big data to enhance work efficiency and reduce the effort of workers in many different areas.

Intelligent interaction and collaboration between humans and AI ensure that this technology does not replace but rather serves as a powerful tool to help workers achieve their work goals and solve problems quickly and efficiently.
