But up to now, only 15 projects have been put into operation, of which 6 projects are fully operational, 9 projects are partially operational; 24 projects are still in the process of investment implementation, not yet put into operation according to the granted license. Some projects are even left abandoned, not yet invested in construction.

Desolate scene in the pine forest
According to Thanh Nien reporters' observations, at Tuyen Lam Lake National Tourist Area, there is a project of HaCo Joint Stock Company ( Hanoi ) that has been under construction since 2007, with nearly 20 diverse villas, beautiful architecture but not yet completed. For many years, this project has stopped investing, so it has now become an abandoned villa area in the middle of the forest.
The house wall is painted haphazardly.
Around the villas, weeds grow wildly. On the walls near the road, there are spray-painted, mangled figures.
When asked by reporters why HaCo Joint Stock Company stopped investing to complete the villa area, or if this unit had transferred the project? Mr. Tuyen replied that he himself did not know why, but said that Lam Dong province's policy is to prohibit the transfer of projects in Tuyen Lam Lake National Tourist Area until the projects are completed.
"However, there may be cases where the project investor negotiates and calls for outside capital contributions, but the Tuyen Lam Lake National Tourist Area Management Board has no official information," Mr. Tuyen added.
Thanh Nien reporters recorded some images of the deserted villa in the middle of the forest in the Tuyen Lam Lake National Tourist Area:
