In Hoa Binh , the Department of Planning and Investment of Hoa Binh province is calling for investors to register to implement the project of Eco-Urban Area No. 4 in Thinh Minh commune, Hoa Binh city. The project has an area of 64.86 hectares, with an expected population of about 2,500 people.
The project was approved for investment by the People's Committee of Hoa Binh province at the end of 2024, with the form of bidding to select investors.
The total investment capital of the project is 1,454 billion VND. Of which, the total cost of project implementation (excluding compensation, support and resettlement costs) is more than 1,389 billion VND and the cost of compensation, support for site clearance and resettlement and replacement forestation is more than 64.8 billion VND.
The project's operational period is 50 years from the date the investor is allocated land by the State, leased land, or changes the land use purpose. The period of use of commercial service land, residential land,educational land, and other types of land of the project is determined according to the provisions of the law on land.
The project implementation progress is divided into 3 phases. From the third quarter of 2024 to the second quarter of 2025, carry out investment preparation procedures, organize site clearance, complete investment, construction, environment, fire prevention and fighting procedures, and issue construction permits.
From the third quarter of 2025 to the third quarter of 2030, the project's technical infrastructure items will be constructed and the rough construction, business and handover of housing clusters will be carried out according to the approved planning according to the corresponding investment phases. It is expected that from the third quarter of 2030, the project will be put into operation and exploitation.
In Ha Nam, the People's Committee of Ha Nam province also announced the list of investment projects to build the Southeast Tien Son Urban Area, Duy Tien town (DT-DT39.24) with a total investment capital of more than 7,740 billion VND.
The project has a total land use area of 153.75 hectares, implemented in Duy Tien town. The implementation period is from 2025-2032, the operation period is 50 years.
The project's objective is to form a new modern urban area with synchronous technical and social infrastructure, synchronous infrastructure connection between newly developed residential areas and existing residential areas; gradually concretize the development orientation according to the Duy Tien Town Master Plan to 2030, with a vision to 2050.
In Hue city, the Department of Planning and Investment is inviting interested investors to register to implement a social housing project in Phong Hien ward, Phong Dien town.
The project has a preliminary implementation cost of more than 1,430 billion VND. The total land use area is about 26.17 hectares.
The investment objective is to build new social housing for sale, lease, and lease-purchase for officials, civil servants, public employees, workers, and those who are entitled to social housing policies and meet the requirements for housing, residence, income, and labor. The deadline for submitting project registration documents is 3:00 p.m. on February 25.
