This is not just a slogan for action, but also a guiding spirit, reflecting the determination of the entire education sector to maintain its foundations while pioneering innovation to create significant transformation.

In the context of education and training continuing to play a central role in the national development strategy, meeting the requirements of fundamental and comprehensive reform, the education sector has set a target for the 2025-2026 academic year to further tighten discipline, from managing staff and curriculum content to adhering to professional ethical standards. This is the foundation for sustainable educational development, avoiding mere formality.

In reality, discipline in management, teaching, and learning is always a prerequisite for ensuring the quality of education. Where there is strict discipline, the learning and teaching environment will be orderly and effective. It is also important to understand that discipline is not just about complying with regulations, but also about the sense of responsibility and dedication of each teacher and the self-awareness and eagerness to learn of each student.

In the digital age, creativity has become a core competency that both teachers and students need to adapt to the rapid changes in society. Education, therefore, must encourage and create an environment where creativity can "blossom." From active teaching methods and the application of digital technology in the classroom to STEM education models, entrepreneurship, and innovation, all need to be strongly promoted. The goal is to make creativity a part of the school culture – a place where every student has the opportunity to develop their ideas and intellect and become the best version of themselves.

Therefore, educational reform cannot stop at minor adjustments, but requires systemic breakthroughs. It is clear that the theme for the 2025-2026 academic year is a call to action for the entire education sector to uphold discipline, foster creativity, and promote breakthroughs to achieve development. This is both a requirement and an opportunity for Vietnamese education to enter a new phase, with new opportunities and successes.
