Also attending were former provincial leaders of all periods; members of the Provincial Party Standing Committee; leaders of the Provincial People's Council, People's Committee, and Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee; leaders of the Provincial National Assembly Delegation; leaders of provincial departments, branches, sectors, and organizations; Standing Committees of Party Committees directly under the Provincial Party Committee; and representatives of leaders of communes and wards in the province.

On the armed forces side, there were leaders of the 34th Corps Command, the 15th Corps Command, Division 2 of Military Region 5, Artillery Brigade 368 of Military Region 5, and the Regional Defense Command.

The ceremony was also attended by former leaders of Tay Son district; fellow countrymen from provinces and cities; business representatives; representatives of universities and colleges in the province; representatives of ethnic groups and religious establishments in the province, along with a large number of people and tourists.

Immediately after the flower and incense offering ceremony, the death anniversary of Emperor Quang Trung was held with traditional rituals at the Tay Son Tam Kiet Temple, demonstrating the morality of "When drinking water, remember its source", contributing to educating the tradition of patriotism and national pride for future generations.
