Accordingly, LPBank's Board of Directors has appointed Ms. Vu Nam Huong as Deputy General Director and Director of Corporate Clients. The term of office is 12 months from the effective date of March 20, 2024.
Ms. Vu Nam Huong was born in 1983 in Hai Duong , has a bachelor's degree in Finance - Banking from the National Economics University. She has nearly 20 years of experience in the field of finance - banking with many important positions at large enterprises and financial institutions such as Director of Capital Resources and Financial Business, Chief Financial Officer of VNDirect Securities Corporation, Member of the Board of Directors of IPA Investment Group Corporation, Member of the Board of Directors of PTI Post and Telecommunication Insurance Corporation....

In a related development, in February 2024, LPBank's Board of Directors dismissed Ms. Vu Thu Hien from the position of Deputy General Director from February 6, 2024 at her personal request.
Ms. Hien was born on November 7, 1970 and has been Deputy General Director of LPBank since 2019. She previously held the position of Director of LPBank - Thang Long branch.
After dismissing Ms. Hien and appointing Ms. Vu Nam Huong, LPBank's Board of Directors will have a total of 11 members with Mr. Ho Nam Tien as General Director.
LPBank is expected to hold its 2024 Annual General Meeting of Shareholders on April 27 at Ninh Binh Legend Hotel, 177 Le Thai To Street, Xuan Thanh Urban Area, Ninh Khanh Ward, Ninh Binh City. At the meeting, the bank will have a report on the election of additional members of the Board of Directors for the 4th term .
