Ms. Kieu My Chi, Deputy Head of the Department of Education and Training of Thu Duc City (HCMC), said that after going through the difficult early days, overcoming the difficulties and challenges when the country was newly unified in 1975, from the first 24 preschools, now after 50 years, Thu Duc City has 65 public preschools, 200 private preschools and over 250 private independent preschool groups.
