On March 12, Hoa Vang District Police ( Da Nang City) announced that they had initiated a case and prosecuted a group of 3 suspects who used homemade guns to shoot at someone else's house to resolve a conflict over garbage disposal.

The Investigation Police Agency of Hoa Vang District Police also issued an order to temporarily detain Ho Binh Minh (26 years old), and banned Tran Thanh Thuan and Luong Tan Hung (21 years old, both residing in Lien Chieu District, Da Nang City) from leaving their place of residence for disturbing public order.

According to the investigation, late on March 5, Hoa Vang District Police received a report from Ms. TTDT (residing in Hoa Son Commune, Hoa Vang District) that her house was shot at by 3 thugs. Although there were no casualties, the shooting directly into the house caused damage to many items, and the people in the house were confused and scared.

Faced with the reckless and daring nature of the incident, which caused public outrage, the Hoa Vang District Police directed professional units and commune police to urgently investigate. The results determined that Ms. T. had previously had a conflict with Ms. HTNL, a neighbor of the family, about Ms. L. dumping trash in front of Ms. T's house.

At about 7:30 p.m. the same day, Ms. T. went into Ms. HTNL's clothing store at An Ngai Dong market (Hoa Son commune, Hoa Vang district) to resolve a conflict.

However, the conflict was not resolved, and the two sides argued. Ms. L. was upset and told her son, Ho Binh Minh, about Ms. T. causing trouble at the market. Hearing that, Minh immediately took a knife, drove his motorbike with license plate 43G1 - 199.04 to his mother's clothing stall and loudly asked who was causing trouble.

At this time, Ms. T. rushed over and took out her phone to make a call. Minh thought Ms. T. called more people to resolve the conflict, so Minh also drove to get an air gun and called Tran Thanh Thuan to take revenge.

At this time, Ms. T. went home. Thuan agreed to help Minh and called Luong Tan Hung to take a motorbike to take Thuan to Minh's house.

Here, Minh took a homemade gun and the whole group ran to Ms. T's house and fired two shots inside. Ms. L. saw her son shooting and immediately stopped him. Hung took Minh on a motorbike, Thuan left, Minh hid the gun and the whole group went out for a drink.

Hoa Vang District Police summoned 3 suspects, this group admitted to shooting at Ms. T's house, the police temporarily seized 2 motorbikes, 1 knife, 1 homemade air gun, and continued to consolidate the case file.
