According to GadgetMatch, ASUS is preparing for the launch of the ROG Ally X, the second generation of its popular handheld gaming console, on June 2nd. Recently, a series of leaks from VideoCardz revealed major improvements to this product, exciting the gaming community.
The most notable highlight is the massive 80Wh battery, double the capacity of its predecessor. This promises significantly longer gaming sessions, meeting the needs of avid gamers.
ROG Ally X - the successor to the ASUS ROG Ally - has its specifications leaked.
Despite a significant increase in battery capacity, the device's weight is expected to increase by "only" 70 grams. Thanks to a much thinner fan design, ASUS will keep the new handheld gaming device at a weight that is as comfortable to hold as possible.
In addition, the ROG Ally X is equipped with a USB-C port with USB4 speeds, providing fast connectivity and data transfer. In terms of specifications, the device will use the same processor and screen as the previous version, but with upgraded RAM to 24GB, improving processing performance and multitasking.
Although there is no official information from ASUS yet, these leaks have somewhat suggested that the ROG Ally X will be a formidable competitor in the handheld gaming market, with valuable upgrades in battery, connectivity, and performance.
