The countdown begins on May 1, 2026, when the City Party Committee issues a resolution. However, 500 days and nights is not a physical quantity measured by a clock, but rather a commitment from the head of the Dong Nai city government to represent the peak of decisive action and responsibility to the Party and the people, aiming to achieve significant, practical, and comprehensive results for the locality.
To achieve the key goals set out at each milestone in the roadmap, ensuring quality and speed, the implementation of the resolution's guiding principles must become a culture of action for the entire political system and society. The central tasks and main solutions have been clearly outlined. To leave a mark with concrete "products," projects, and initiatives, the entire city needs to continue practicing the core principle of unity and solidarity, with everyone working together seamlessly. High-responsibility actions for the common good of the homeland and the country are essential. Every citizen should contribute an initiative. Every unit should creatively construct a project. Every residential area should actively develop a good model. Every official should do practical work for the people. All of this will create a combined strength that optimizes the mobilization of all resources, transforming them into new impetus for the sustainable development of the city.
The historic opportunity that Dong Nai is experiencing today will not naturally translate into measurable achievements unless people strive to accelerate progress, proactively shifting from "working until the end of the shift" to "completing all tasks," and from "fulfilling all responsibilities" to "doing things thoroughly" in each field. This special emulation campaign will only truly create a noticeable impact throughout the entire force of cadres, civil servants, and public employees; spreading and deeply permeating every citizen and every enterprise, when the Party committees of each agency, unit, and locality strictly individualize personal responsibility.
Therefore, the Standing Committee of the City Party Committee will establish a working group to regularly inspect the situation regarding compliance with discipline, order, and public service ethics at the grassroots level. The aim is to eliminate the "comfort zone" mentality and the avoidance of responsibility, resolutely replace stagnant, indolent officials who work half-heartedly in the past, and implement the principle of assigning, evaluating, arranging, and utilizing officials based on the principle of "in and out, promotion and demotion" to maximize knowledge, responsibility, work discipline, and service attitude... for the city's breakthrough process. As Comrade Vu Hong Van, Member of the Central Committee of the Party, Secretary of the City Party Committee, and Head of the National Assembly Delegation of Dong Nai City, requested, each directive and instruction issued by the Chairman of the City People's Committee must be considered a " military order" to be completed at all costs.
The will to rise up and shoulder the national mission motivates the entire city to accelerate emulation, multiplying the new momentum and solid impetus to successfully realize strategic innovation directions, create a more modern, civilized, and happier city, and open up opportunities for strong growth in the future.
