In the Central Highlands and the South, there will be scattered showers and thunderstorms, locally heavy rain with rainfall of 10-30mm, locally over 60mm. Thunderstorms are likely to cause tornadoes, lightning, hail and strong gusts of wind.

The weather in the North is sunny and somewhat hot during the day, but there are thunderstorms in the evening.

Localized heavy rains are likely to cause flash floods on small rivers and streams, landslides on steep slopes and waterlogging in low-lying areas.
