The successful organization of today's test is the basis for the smooth organization of the following tests. This is also a milestone in the work of testing and granting driving licenses, meeting the trust of the Party, State, Government and people in the People's Public Security force in performing the task of granting and exchanging driving licenses in the spirit of objectivity, transparency, accuracy, seriousness and compliance with the law.
Candidates follow their order number information and listen to the Examination Center staff disseminate some content to ensure the best exam. Traffic police officers check candidates before entering the theory test room. Items such as mobile phones, electronic devices... are not allowed to be used during the test. Candidates' exam papers are carefully checked. In today's exam, candidates will undergo a full range of tests including: a theoretical test on the computer, simulated traffic situations, and a practical test on the testing ground and on the road. For the theoretical test, candidates must answer 30 questions on the computer within 20 minutes and must get at least 27/30 correct answers (with 1 failing question). The driving test process is also new compared to before, students take the test and get the results immediately for each part of the test. For the part of the test that students do not pass, they can continue to take the next part, if they do not pass the test, they will register to retake that part of the test in the next session. The driving skills test in the picture is conducted in 10 minutes, requiring candidates to achieve 80/100 points. In the picture, the traffic police officer reminds candidates to check safety before taking the test. Many students shared that before entering the cabin to take the driving test, they were a bit worried because it was the first time they had a traffic police officer as their supervisor. Class C drivers take the uphill test, one of the difficult parts of the skills test. All stages of organization are implemented seriously, transparently, in compliance with the correct procedures under the close supervision of the officers of the Road Motor Vehicle Driving License Examination Team (Traffic Police Department, Hanoi City Police) combined with a modern camera and sensor system, ensuring fairness, objectivity and high accuracy in scoring. A traffic police officer uses binoculars to observe from a high tower of the center, through which he will evaluate the candidates' test performance. Candidates successfully completed the test of reversing the car into the parking space. Achieving 100 points in the exam this morning, candidate Nguyen Minh Duc (born 2000, in Quoc Oai district) could not hide his joy as he shared: "Because I had carefully reviewed the exam content in advance, today I am very confident in entering the first exam with the invigilators being the traffic police force."
