This is the content just announced by the Hue Monuments Conservation Center, based on Official Dispatch No. 11918/UBND-CN dated August 29, 2025 of the Hue City People's Committee.

This year’s festival will be held at Hai Cat communal house, the Holy Mother Temple (352 Chi Lang) and the Hue Nam Temple. The Hue Monuments Conservation Center said it will deploy regulatory and guidance plans to ensure safety, order and maintain a solemn atmosphere at the relic site during peak days.

The Hue Nam Temple Festival, held annually in the third and seventh lunar months, is a cultural and spiritual activity associated with the worship of the Mother Goddess Thien Yana. This is also one of the events that contributes to preserving and promoting the value of the worship of the Mother Goddess of the Three Realms, a representative intangible cultural heritage of humanity recognized by UNESCO.

The special highlight of the festival is the procession of the Saint by dragon boat on the Perfume River with the Saint Mother's palanquin, the royal decree and traditional ceremonial symbols, creating a sacred and brilliant atmosphere, attracting a large number of believers and domestic and foreign tourists.
