Mister Vietnam 2024 launches unique candidate selection strategy

Mr. Phuc Nguyen - Chairman of Mister Vietnam contest said that he was surprised and proud when information about the contest spread widely, helping the Organizing Committee receive many registrations and identify many potential candidates.

"In particular, among the candidates that the Organizing Committee has directly contacted, there are many candidates who are National Masters, many candidates with high academic qualifications and famous male models...", Chairman of the Mister Vietnam contest Phuc Nguyen shared.

According to the Organizing Committee, Mister Vietnam season 2 has some special things that are "shocking". Notably, the Organizing Committee will come to the place to cast candidates for the national preliminary round in major cities and regions, directly contacting each candidate according to their schedule and time to ensure that no potential candidates are missed.

Thus, up to this point, Mister Vietnam season 2 is having historic methods of recruiting candidates by immediately transferring 2 million VND to candidates selected for the national preliminary round, travel expenses and hotel expenses (for candidates from other provinces) and all physical training expenses at the Citigym system, to support candidates to have better preparation when entering the competition. Moreover, the Organizing Committee will also receive registration documents and directly contact candidates right before the preliminary round scheduled for March 26, 2024.

"Many people think that we do this because of the scarcity of candidates and the difficulty in selecting, which is completely incorrect. Up to this point, we have received nearly 300 applications from all over the country. However, the Mister Vietnam Organizing Committee, with the desire to contribute to making Vietnam the leading male powerhouse in male beauty contests around the world , and to find typical male role models for Vietnamese youth in the new era, so despite the hardship, we are still patient in contacting each candidate flexibly according to their time. We do not want to miss any cases.

Because in many cases, it is impossible to fully evaluate candidates through their application documents, but it is necessary to directly contact and exploit their hidden potential to find truly strong and quality candidates," said Mr. Global 2021 Danh Chieu Linh, a member of the casting jury.

According to Mister Global, after the contestants register online, the Organizing Committee will meet the contestants in person or individually according to the region depending on the contestants' conditions.

It can be affirmed that, up to this point, to enter the preliminary round, Mister Vietnam season 2 has been an extremely fierce "battle".

On this occasion, Mister Vietnam season 2 also officially revealed the attractive prizes for the contestants with high rankings in the competition. The first two prizes revealed made many contestants excited. The Top 05 Mister Vietnam and the contestant who won the Runway Star sub-award will immediately receive an invitation to perform at the prestigious New York Couture Fashion Week, one of the largest fashion shows in the United States. The Top 10 Mister Vietnam season 2 will represent Vietnam to participate in the largest male beauty contests in the world such as: Mister Supranational, Mister Global, Mister International.
