On November 25, within the framework of the National Forum "Culture with Enterprises" in 2023 with the theme "Business Culture - Development and Integration Flow", MobiFone Telecommunications Corporation was honored as "Enterprise meeting Vietnamese business culture standards".
The National Forum "Culture with Enterprises" is an annual activity jointly organized by the Central Propaganda Department; Ministry of Industry and Trade; Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism; Organizing Committee for the Campaign "Building Vietnamese Enterprise Culture"; Vietnam Federation of Commerce and Industry; Central Committee of Ho Chi Minh Communist Youth Union .
Following the success of 2021 and 2022, this year's event is held in Ho Chi Minh City with the theme "Business Culture - Development and Integration Flow", the forum will contribute to realizing the guidelines and policies of the Party and State on building Vietnamese culture and people to meet the requirements of sustainable national development; at the same time, affirming the role and importance of culture in creating a healthy business environment; exploiting cultural potential, strengths and resources as an important lever and support for economic recovery and development.
In addition, the forum is also an opportunity for Party and State leaders to meet and exchange with the business community, listen to recommendations and proposals on mechanisms and policies to support businesses in economic recovery and development; honor businesses that meet Vietnamese business culture standards; and widely spread the campaign "Building Vietnamese Corporate Culture" launched by the Prime Minister.
Speaking at the forum, Minister of Culture, Sports and Tourism Nguyen Van Hung affirmed that our Party and State identify "enterprises as the heart of the economy", making extremely important contributions to the miracles of the Vietnamese economy during the renovation period.
In the current period, our country is facing opportunities and challenges intertwined from the multi-dimensional impacts of globalization and international integration. Faced with the opportunities and challenges, we have chosen to revive national culture, protect cultural identity, promote the potential and strength of national culture in building corporate culture, and business culture is the core.
Approaching in this direction, the business culture of an enterprise needs to clearly demonstrate the core identity of the enterprise; at the same time inherit and promote the distinct cultural identity of the country and people of Vietnam, associated with prosperous, sustainable development, and responsibility to society.
Mr. Nguyen Van Hung also expressed: " The Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism believes that with the participation and active response of entrepreneurs and enterprises, this year's Forum will provide effective proposals and solutions to develop a Vietnamese business community with scale, qualifications, ethics, business culture bearing national identity; with social responsibility, environmental protection awareness, and worthy contributions to the country's development goals ."
Within the framework of the Forum, MobiFone was honored to be one of 20 enterprises honored and awarded the certificate of "Enterprise meeting Vietnamese Business Culture standards" in 2023. To achieve this recognition, MobiFone met the assessment part with a set of evaluation criteria according to 5 groups with 16 criteria and 40 indicators.
The assessment criteria include: Sustainable business leadership; Building and implementing corporate culture; Respect for the law; Business ethics and Social responsibility. These are all important premises in assessing the level of implementation of internal culture and business culture in enterprises in Vietnam.
Sharing at the Ceremony to honor and award the certificate of "Enterprise meeting Vietnamese Business Culture standards" in 2023, Deputy General Director Bui Son Nam said that this is a great honor that MobiFone Telecommunications Corporation has achieved after a long time of efforts to build a business culture to realize the mission of constantly creating, innovating, creating a complete digital ecosystem, best meeting the needs of Vietnamese people and contributing to making Vietnam a digital nation.
This will be the premise and motivation for MobiFone to continue to confidently follow the chosen path - taking culture as an important foundation for development.
As a leading enterprise in the field of Telecommunications - Information Technology, MobiFone has been transforming strongly and adapting quickly to the digital age based on the intrinsic strength of corporate culture.
