The Ministry of Industry and Trade calls on businesses and economic organizations nationwide to register to participate in the 2025 Supporting Industry Development Program to receive financial incentives from the budget of VND870.7 billion.
The Department of Industry (Ministry of Industry and Trade) has just issued a document calling on organizations and enterprises nationwide to register to participate in the 2025 Supporting Industry Development Program.
Accordingly, to participate in this program, economic organizations and enterprises in need need to develop a project dossier and submit it to the Ministry of Industry and Trade before March 31, 2024.
This project must ensure compliance with the specific forms and regulations in Decision No. 1403/QD-BCT of the Ministry of Industry and Trade (regulations on the development, implementation and management of the supporting industry development program).
In particular, the part related to budget estimates needs to refer to the regulations in Circular 29/2028/TT-BTC of the Ministry of Finance (on guidelines for establishing, managing and using funds for the supporting industry development program).
The level of support funding from the State budget is guaranteed not to exceed the maximum rate according to Decision No. 10/2017/QD-TTg of the Prime Minister, and the total funding must not exceed the approved funding framework according to Decision 68/2017/QD-TTg.
It is known that according to Decision 68/2017/QD-TTg, in the period of 2021-2025, the total budget from the central budget and other capital sources for supporting industry development activities managed and implemented by the Ministry of Industry and Trade is about 870.7 billion VND, of which the state budget capital is 750.2 billion VND, other capital sources are 120.5 billion VND.
In the period of 2021-2025, each year the central budget will allocate about 150 billion VND to support supporting industry development projects of enterprises nationwide. |
The 2025 Supporting Industry Development Program that the Ministry of Industry and Trade is calling on businesses nationwide to register to participate in aims to support the improvement of competitiveness for Vietnamese supporting industry products. In particular, focusing on key industry groups such as: electronics, automobiles, mechanical engineering, textiles, footwear and high-tech industry.
The main support activities are aimed at: Supporting connections with domestic and foreign supply chains; supporting the application of commodity value chain management systems; supporting technology research and development and supporting training and improving the quality of human resources for small and medium enterprises nationwide.
