On the morning of September 19, the Department of Education and Training of Quang Tri province said it had sent a document to local units to proactively prepare a response plan for storm No. 4.

After receiving instructions from the Department of Education and Training of Quang Tri province, Gio Linh and Vinh Linh districts have allowed students to stay home from school since this morning. In Dong Ha city, some schools have also allowed students to stay home. The remaining localities continue to review, especially in places with heavy rain, low-lying areas, proactively develop plans to prevent and ensure the safety of teachers and students.

In addition to proactively letting students take time off from school, units and schools organize inspections of facilities, classrooms, functional rooms, roofs, drainage systems, etc.
