The Fatherland Front of Tien Thang commune needs to arouse the strength of great solidarity in the new period.

HNP - On September 10, the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of Tien Thang commune held its first Congress of delegates for the 2025-2030 term. Attending the Congress were member of the Standing Committee of the City Party Committee, Chairwoman of the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of Hanoi City Nguyen Lan Huong.

The Political Report at the Congress showed that, during the past term, the Front system in Tien Thang has promoted the strength of the great solidarity bloc, making an important contribution to the local socio-economic development. Patriotic emulation movements, major campaigns such as "All people unite to build new rural areas, civilized urban areas", environmental protection movements, digital transformation, social security... have all achieved practical results.

The whole commune has built 24 flower streets over 10km long, mobilized hundreds of millions of dong from the "For the Poor" and "Repaying Gratitude" Funds, effectively supporting poor and near-poor households and policy families.

With the spirit of "Solidarity - Democracy - Responsibility - Creativity - Development", the Congress determined that the 2025-2030 term will focus on implementing 5 key tasks, 2 breakthroughs and 16 targets; emphasizing improving the effectiveness of supervision, social criticism, and building a team of Front officials with the capacity to apply technology and digital transformation.

Speaking at the Congress, comrade Nguyen Lan Huong highly appreciated the results of the Fatherland Front of Tien Thang commune, especially in the period of merging, restructuring the apparatus and implementing the 2-level local government model. The top task of the Front is to gather, build and promote the strength of great national unity, taking the happiness and prosperity of the people as the goal to strive for. Chairwoman of the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of Hanoi City Nguyen Lan Huong requested the commune Fatherland Front to continue to propagate and mobilize people to maintain and improve the new rural criteria, protect the landscape and environment, preserve traditional cultural values; promote social supervision and criticism, focus on urgent and practical issues of people's lives, well implement the Law on Democracy at the Grassroots Level; strongly innovate the content and methods of operation in accordance with the new organizational model, build a team of responsible, brave, professional Front officials with the ability to adapt in the digital environment.
