Last year, Ho Chi Minh City National University had 10 units enrolling regular university students, including: University of Technology (QSB), University of Natural Sciences (QST), University of Social Sciences and Humanities (QSX), University of Economics and Law (QSK), International University (QSQ), University of Information Technology (QSC), An Giang University (QSA), Faculty of Medicine (QSY), Faculty of Politics and Administration (QSH) and Ho Chi Minh City National University Branch in Ben Tre province (QSP).
Units are autonomous in determining the threshold to ensure input quality, selecting admission criteria, and implementation methods appropriate to the training industry/profession and the general goals of Ho Chi Minh City National University.
Ho Chi Minh City National University applies many admission methods at the same time:

Big difference in benchmark scores between admission methods

For the method of considering by high school exam results of 50% or more: An Giang University, University of Natural Sciences, University of Social Sciences and Humanities, International University, Faculty of Medicine and Faculty of Politics - Administration.
