According to information from the Ministry of Education and Training, as of 12:00 on July 29, the number of candidates registering for university admission on the Ministry of Education and Training's system was 702,762 candidates.
Thus, the number of candidates registering for university admission in 2024 up to this point has increased by about 60,000 compared to the total number of candidates who registered for university admission in 2023.
According to the Ministry of Education and Training, the registration system has been operating stably in recent days.
Candidates should note that after completing registration and adjusting their wishes, they must pay the admission fee online from July 31 to 5:00 p.m. on August 6.
The 2024 university and college admission registration system allows candidates to choose 1 of 17 different payment channels (provided on the National Public Service Portal).
The Ministry of Education and Training notes that candidates only pay fees on the admission system, not on any other payment channel.
In case the candidate does not see the "Payment" button at the application registration interface, it means that the time is not within the time period for paying the math fee or it is temporarily hidden to prevent congestion in the payment system.
The online payment process depends on connecting many different systems, so candidates may encounter system congestion. In that case, candidates should not try to access again immediately but wait about 30 minutes and then try again.
