Drunk young man curses at mobile police

On October 21, the Investigation Police Agency of Sam Son City Police, Thanh Hoa Province, issued a decision to temporarily detain Cao Van Tuan (born 2002), residing in Truong Son Ward, Sam Son City, to investigate the act of resisting a person on duty.

Previously, on the evening of October 19, Cao Van Tuan drove a motorbike carrying TTN on Le Loi Street, Truong Son Ward, Sam Son City, without wearing a helmet.

After discovery, the working group of the Mobile Police Department of Thanh Hoa Provincial Police signaled to stop the vehicle for inspection.

Because he had been drinking, Tuan did not obey orders and pushed, struggled, cursed, and insulted the soldiers of the working group.

Faced with the above behavior, the task force controlled and took Tuan to the police station for questioning. Through testing, Cao Van Tuan had an alcohol concentration of 0.500 milligrams/liter of breath.
