Although important results have been achieved, the task of preventing and combating terrorism in the coming time is still very heavy due to subjective and objective reasons, especially the risks of terrorist and sabotage activities that can occur anytime, anywhere.
In particular, in recent times, the world's political security situation has continued to have complex and unpredictable developments, and the rise of terrorism continues to be a serious threat to world security.
Through the review of the competent authorities, it was determined that in the province there are 120 key locations and targets for counter-terrorism work that need to focus on implementing protection plans. These are the headquarters of Party and government agencies, industrial zones and clusters, large enterprises, and important economic units that terrorist groups and organizations often target to attack to sabotage the Party, the government, and the people.
Absolutely protecting the safety of key areas and targets is an extremely important task in the work of preventing and combating terrorism in the province, and the primary responsibility belongs to the heads of the agencies in charge of key areas and targets with the motto "prevention is the main thing", being proactive and ready to handle any possible terrorist situations.
Therefore, regular training to raise awareness and equip leaders, officers and employees directly responsible for counter-terrorism work in key areas and targets in the current situation is extremely important and necessary.
At the conference, the reporter from the Department of Internal Security, Ministry of Public Security conveyed the contents, measures and skills to deploy anti-terrorism work in key areas and targets to leaders and key officers of key projects and targets in the province, in order to help units effectively deploy anti-terrorism work in assigned areas and targets.
