Currently, there are 12 full-time union officials working at 5 enterprises, of which 11 are paid from the union budget. These officials play an important role in improving the quality of union activities at the grassroots level, supporting enterprises in resolving issues related to employees, contributing to stabilizing labor relations and maintaining security and order at the enterprise.
However, the arrangement of full-time union officials also faces many difficulties due to the limited organizational model, staffing, funding and support conditions. The Provincial Labor Federation recommends that the Provincial People's Committee pay attention to supporting and creating favorable conditions in terms of mechanisms and policies to arrange more full-time union officials at enterprises with a large number of employees. At the same time, it is recommended that FDI enterprises continue to coordinate, support and create favorable conditions in terms of material and workplace conditions for union officials to fulfill their tasks well. The Provincial Labor Federation also proposes to increase the number of full-time union officials with working capacity currently working at district-level unions to work as full-time union officials in enterprises with a large number of employees.
