Training on "Digital Literacy".

For special units like Brigade 132, mastering digital skills also has practical significance in management, command, and operation, ensuring smooth and timely information in all situations.

Based on that practical requirement, in recent times, Brigade 132 has actively implemented many policies and measures to make digital skills a permanent part of knowledge for every soldier.

It can be seen that digital skills today do not stop at knowing basic operations on computers and smartphones. With the rapid development of science and technology today, it also includes the ability to think systematically, process data, work on digital platforms and adapt to rapidly changing technology tools.

Colonel Nguyen Thanh Hai, Brigade Commander, launched the emulation movements "Army competes in innovation and digital transformation" and "Digital education for the masses".

Not everyone can easily access new technology and knowledge. However, the determination in implementing solutions to implement "Digital Education for All" has gradually shown practical results, which is a clear change in both thinking and action, the ability to handle work of the commander and the implementation of tasks of all officers and soldiers.

Soldiers actively study to improve digital skills.

Based on participating in training courses organized by the Corps, Brigade 132 has proactively developed a training plan at its level with the aim of all officers and soldiers grasping the basic and core contents and knowledge in the journey of "digital transformation" and basic knowledge and experience in handling situations, ensuring security, safety and preventing fraud in cyberspace. Organize a thematic session on "Pioneering Party members learning digital skills" and promote the "Popular digital education" movement in the Party Committee and the entire Brigade 132 to raise awareness for all soldiers.

In addition, with the attention and investment of leaders at all levels, Brigade 132 has deployed a computer system with Internet connection at agencies and grassroots units so that officers and soldiers have the most favorable conditions in the process of studying, researching, exploiting information and practicing digital skills applied in studying and handling work.

In addition, an innovative approach that Brigade 132 has implemented is to establish study groups with young cadres who are capable and have good digital skills and are assigned to tutor and support soldiers. Through this, learning becomes convenient, easy to learn, easy to understand, creating an exciting and vibrant learning environment in agencies and units.

Along with studying is the work of testing and evaluating the results of learners. Brigade 132 has effectively applied multiple choice software on military computers and Internet computers to periodically and regularly test the knowledge of officers and soldiers.

This is a flexible and effective way to help soldiers grasp, understand deeply, and apply well to practical tasks, thereby promptly having objective assessments and learning from existing problems and limitations so that the "Digital Popular Education" Movement really does not stop at the implementation stage but also has specific results demonstrated by numbers, methods, and implementation effectiveness.

With a clear awareness: If you do not learn, you will fall behind; if you are not good, it will be difficult to complete the task. Initial positive results show that digital skills are gradually becoming a part of the thinking, reflexes, working methods and living of the officers and soldiers of the entire Brigade 132.

Colonel Nguyen Thanh Hai, Commander of Brigade 132, said: “To effectively implement the digital literacy movement and improve digital skills for soldiers, Brigade 132 identifies the human factor as the prerequisite. First of all, it is necessary to gradually change thinking and awareness to form habits for soldiers. In addition, Brigade 132 also focuses on training, fostering, improving knowledge and practical skills in the digital environment. In addition, it is also necessary to ensure all necessary factors in terms of facilities, build a scientific implementation roadmap, and create good conditions for all soldiers to be able to think independently and master digital skills in many different environments."

It can be said that in the journey to build a revolutionary, disciplined, elite, and modern Information and Communications Corps, digital skills will increasingly become an indispensable factor for every soldier. With a proactive spirit, high determination, and practical and creative ways of doing things, Brigade 132 is gradually turning digital skills into regular knowledge, contributing to improving the quality of implementation of agencies and units, building a comprehensively strong unit that is "exemplary and typical" and excellently completes all tasks in the current digital transformation period.
