In order to concretize the spirit of Conclusion No. 197-KL/TW in requesting Party committees and organizations from the Central to local levels to urgently organize and immediately implement the Resolution and Action Program of the Party Congresses at all levels for the 2025-2030 term, the Conference listened to Comrade Bui Ngoc Duong, member of the Standing Committee of the Party Committee of the Vietnam National Energy Industry Group, Party Secretary, Chairman of the Board of Directors of the Company disseminate and disseminate the spirit of the Resolution of the 4th Party Congress of the Group and the 7th Party Congress of BSR for the 2025-2030 term with the set goals and political tasks to be determined to successfully implement the spirit of the Resolution for the entire term in the new context, new spirit and new momentum of the whole nation in the era of rising up.

At the Conference, comrade Nguyen Thi Hoa, member of the Party Executive Committee of the Group, Permanent Deputy Head of the Party Committee's Inspection Committee, directly trained 02 topics: Professional work of organizing grassroots party organizations, party members and party cell activities; inspection, supervision and enforcement of Party discipline.
Training, fostering, and regularly updating new knowledge for the team of Party committees at all levels every year is an important task and is always carried out by the BSR Party Committee every year. In order to improve the professional and technical qualifications so that the team of Party committees at all levels at BSR can proactively grasp and study the new regulations of the Party, thereby improving the capacity and fighting strength of the Party, demonstrating the role of the Party's leadership and the ruling Party; To effectively perform the functions and tasks of grassroots Party organizations according to Regulation No. 48-QD/TW, this conference on training Party committees and Party building associated with the talk on political news on the topic "One team, one goal" is an important conference for Party committee officials at all levels of the new term (term 2025 - 2027 and 2025 - 2030) to grasp the necessary knowledge and expertise, helping to lead political tasks at the unit, successfully implementing the spirit of resolutions set forth by Party congresses at all levels.
With her expertise and experience in Party building, Inspection and Supervision and many years of experience in Party work at the Group Party Committee, the training conference heard comrade Nguyen Thi Hoa disseminate new regulations of the Central Committee related to Party organization and Party cell activities; in which the focus is on Instruction No. 06-HD/TW dated June 9, 2025 on some specific issues implementing the Party Charter, Directive No. 50-CT/TW dated July 23, 2025 of the Secretariat on continuing to innovate and improve the quality of Party cell activities in the new period and Regulation No. 296-QD/TW dated May 30, 2025 of the Central Executive Committee on Party inspection, supervision and discipline work.

The three core pillars of the Vietnam National Energy and Industry Group and BSR's production and business activities are enjoying the benefits of the sea and are contributing to the development of the marine economy so that Vietnam can develop from the sea and become stronger from the sea. Therefore, regularly updating information on the situation of Vietnam's seas and islands, and current political issues arising in the current context of activities in the East Sea is necessary and important for each cadre and party member of the BSR Party Committee.
At the Conference, Colonel Luu Thanh Chuong, Deputy Chief of Political Affairs of Naval Region 3, informed the cadres at all levels about the recent situation in Vietnam's seas; the viewpoints of our Party and State in the struggle to protect sovereignty over seas and islands; the role and results of the Navy's task of protecting sovereignty over seas and islands; the results of the Navy's military and defense tasks in the first 9 months of 2025; orientation, identification, and refutation of distorted arguments and false information of hostile forces on issues in the East Sea; a number of tasks and solutions to protect sovereignty over seas and islands in the current period.
