TTH.VN - On August 16th, Mr. Nguyen Thanh Binh, Standing Member of the Provincial Party Committee and Permanent Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee, inspected the process of receiving and resolving administrative procedures (AP) in practice and on the software, the process of digitizing documents, and the results of resolving AP on the information system for resolving AP in Phuoc Vinh and Vinh Ninh wards, Hue City.

During the inspection, the Standing Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee, Nguyen Thanh Binh, requested the People's Committees of the wards to continue paying attention to directing and improving the efficiency of the "one-stop" service in handling administrative procedures on online public services, strengthening the digitization of documents and results of administrative procedure resolution; and closely supervising the implementation of receiving and processing administrative procedures on the information system for resolving administrative procedures.

Mr. Nguyen Thanh Binh emphasized the need to accelerate administrative reform, ensuring interconnectedness, transparency, and efficiency in handling administrative procedures. He also requested that the reception and results delivery departments at the ward level coordinate, identify shortcomings, and uphold a high sense of responsibility in processing and resolving administrative procedures for organizations and individuals. If difficulties or obstacles arise in handling administrative procedures, they should be reported to the leadership and relevant specialized agencies and units for timely resolution and thorough handling, avoiding the backlog and delays of administrative procedure files, which negatively impacts the unit's administrative reform index.

The Standing Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee, Nguyen Thanh Binh, also shared words of encouragement with officials and civil servants working directly at the reception and results delivery departments of the wards, hoping they would continue to uphold a high sense of responsibility in handling work, improve their quality and skills in a professional, friendly, and efficient manner; creating the most favorable conditions for people and businesses in resolving administrative procedures, ensuring transparency, effectiveness, and efficiency.
