
Reporting at the meeting, Mr. Nguyen Tan Dat, Director of the Nhon Trach Social Policy Bank Transaction Office, said: by the end of September 2025, the total capital reached nearly 540 billion VND, an increase of nearly 70 billion VND compared to the beginning of the year; loan turnover was more than 146 billion VND with 3,272 customers; Inspection and supervision work was carried out regularly with 78 direct inspections and 59 inspections via camera, helping to improve service quality, disbursement rate reached 91.28%, debt collection 92.98%, interest collection 99.88%.
In 9 months, policy credit capital was invested in 100% of communes, helping 139 poor, near-poor and newly escaped poverty households to borrow capital; creating jobs for 1,675 workers; supporting 455 students; building and renovating more than 1,000 clean water and rural environmental sanitation works; and many other programs such as loans to buy social housing, loans for community reintegration, and developing OCOP products. In Dai Phuoc commune alone, loan turnover since the beginning of the year reached nearly 78 billion VND with 1,731 customers, the rate of principal collection on due date reached 100%, interest collection 97.29%, overdue debt accounted for only 0.12%; contributing to reducing the poverty rate from 1.39% to 0.62%.
In his concluding remarks, Mr. Do Minh Hung - Director of the Central Bank for Social Policies' Organization and Personnel Department acknowledged the efforts of localities and Transaction Offices in implementing policy credit; at the same time, he requested units and localities to continue to adhere to the motto "close to the people, close to the people, serving the people", strengthen coordination between the Bank for Social Policies and socio-political organizations to effectively manage capital resources, promote propaganda to help people access preferential policies.
On the same day, the Working Group conducted a field survey at a number of households that borrowed capital. Through assessment, the majority of households used the capital for the right purpose, bringing practical results in developing production and business, improving living standards and contributing to the goal of sustainable poverty reduction.
