Gio Linh Social Policy Bank: Signing of trust loan agreement for poor households and policy beneficiaries

This afternoon, July 11, the Gio Linh Bank for Social Policies (CSXH), Quang Tri province, held a signing ceremony for a contract to implement entrusted lending to poor households and other policy beneficiaries with socio-political organizations receiving the trust at the commune level.

According to the agreement, Gio Linh Social Policy Bank entrusts 4 socio-political organizations (Women's Union, Veterans Association, Farmers' Association and Ho Chi Minh Communist Youth Union) to carry out a number of tasks in the lending process for poor households and other policy subjects, including: directing, propagating and mobilizing; inspecting and supervising entrusted activities; training, coaching and coordinating activities with the Social Policy Bank.

In addition, the agreement also includes contents on the level of trust fee, trust fee rate, method of calculating and paying trust fee. At the same time, it stipulates the common responsibilities of the parties involved, the responsibilities of socio-political organizations and the Bank for Social Policies.

Signing a trust contract is a meaningful activity, demonstrating close cooperation in poverty reduction, job creation, improving people's lives and ensuring social security.

Through socio-political organizations, policy credit capital is promptly transferred to the right beneficiaries, helping people have the conditions to escape poverty sustainably, develop production and improve their lives.

The Bank for Social Policies commits to continue accompanying socio-political organizations in sustainable poverty reduction, new rural construction and local socio -economic development.
