In recent years, closely following the instructions on logistics - technical work, military - defense tasks of the Provincial Military Command, the Logistics sector has proactively developed a close, correct and appropriate logistics work plan. The sector has fully ensured logistics and technical aspects for military zone, provincial and district defense exercises; ensured competitions and sports events organized by all levels; had plans to ensure logistics and technical matters for regular and unexpected tasks of the provincial armed forces. In the military logistics work, with the goal of building a good military feeding unit and good military logistics management, the Logistics sector regularly monitors and directs agencies and units well on the work of feeding soldiers. Organize the creation of sources, select good quality food, high nutritional value, ensure freshness and food hygiene and safety. Ensure sufficient, timely, and standard regular military uniforms and annual military uniforms for the subjects. The Logistics sector has directed units to actively increase production to create revenue and improve the lives of soldiers. Statistics from the Provincial Military Command show that from 2020 to present, the whole province has increased production of nearly 72,000 kg of meat, more than 25,000 kg of fish, and over 1.5 million kg of green vegetables. Revenue from production and economic activities in the whole province reached over 73 billion VND.

In military medical work, the Logistics sector has also directed relevant units to perform well their tasks to best care for the health of soldiers. According to statistics from the Provincial Military Command, the number of healthy soldiers in the period of 2020 - 2025 reached 99.4% (exceeding 0.4% of the annual plan target). Disease prevention and control work is proactively implemented to ensure that no epidemics occur in units. Military health examination and military recruitment are carried out in accordance with regulations, ensuring the selection of citizens with good health to serve in the army. In addition, from 2020 to present, military medical units have also coordinated with the Department of Health , Military Hospital 87, Hospital 7A, Military Medical College 2 to organize free medical examination and medicine for people in the province for over 1,800 people.

The Logistics Department has also advised the Party Committee and the Provincial Military Command to carry out the construction of barracks in accordance with regulations. Accordingly, the units have invested in construction, renovation and repair of 29 level 4 houses that have expired or are degraded; built 1 project to ensure clean water; built 18 projects and works with a total cost of 176.9 billion VND from various sources. Ensure adequate electricity and water costs for the unit according to regulations. Strictly manage assigned defense land plots, avoid disputes and encroachment. Coordinate with departments, branches and localities to complete the inspection and rearrangement of land plots at the units according to Decree 167 of the Government.

Over the past 5 years, the Logistics sector has advised on the annual allocation of gasoline and oil quotas to agencies and units to ensure timely and adequate supplies for regular and ad hoc tasks in accordance with principles, safety, and meeting task requirements.

Colonel Le Anh Vuong - Deputy Commander of the Provincial Military Command assessed: In the period of 2020 - 2025, the Logistics sector of the Provincial Military Command has effectively implemented the emulation movement "Military Logistics Sector follows Uncle Ho's teachings". With specific tasks carried out effectively, it has contributed to bringing the quality of logistics work to gradually meet the requirements of the current period, contributing to the successful completion of military and defense tasks in the locality.

In addition, the Deputy Commander of the Provincial Military Command also stated that while the organization of the 2-level local government model is being built, the structure and arrangement of units in the armed forces also need to have appropriate changes. Therefore, to meet the requirements and tasks set out in the new situation, the Logistics sector must be one step ahead to ensure all conditions for the operation of the apparatus immediately after the arrangement and merger to create a foundation for the good implementation of local military and defense tasks, absolutely not to be passive or surprised, ensuring readiness in all situations, maintaining stability in the locality.

In the coming years, officers and soldiers of the Logistics sector of the Provincial Military Command will continue to innovate the method of ensuring logistics materials associated with the financial management mechanism in the army; promptly ensure all aspects of logistics for the provincial military to successfully carry out training tasks, combat readiness, exercises and other unexpected tasks. Proactively research initiatives, improve logistics, participate in and organize competitions and sports events at all levels with high results. Timely commend and reward to replicate typical advanced examples, new effective models, and at the same time focus on helping weak units to create a combined strength in the whole sector, which is a solid foundation for the entire provincial military to successfully carry out tasks.
