Landslides at Mimosa and D'Ran passes are expected to be opened to traffic on November 30.

On the morning of November 28, according to a report from the Vietnam Road Administration, there are currently 15 traffic jams on national highways, including 12 on National Highway 27C in Khanh Hoa province; one on National Highway 27C and two on National Highway 20 in Lam Dong province.

According to the Vietnam Road Administration, Khanh Hoa province still has 12 traffic jams on National Highway 27C (of which 5 are old jams, 3 have been opened to traffic and 10 new jams have appeared), mainly due to landslides on steep terrain and saturated ground; it is expected that the entire route will be opened to one lane before December 4, 2025.

Lam Dong province still has 3 traffic jams including: a landslide on National Highway 27C at Km65+800-Km66+00, Lam Dong Department of Construction is cleaning up, expected to open to traffic on Lam Dong side on November 28. A landslide on National Highway 20 in Mimosa Pass area, currently Project Management Board 85 is working to overcome the consequences, expected to open to traffic on November 30. A landslide on National Highway 20 in D'Ran Pass area, Lam Dong Department of Construction is cleaning up, expected to open one lane on November 30 and expected to complete cleaning of the entire volume of landslide soil and rock on December 15.

Currently, the Road Management Areas, the Departments of Construction, local authorities, people and functional forces are closely coordinating and urgently implementing the work of overcoming the consequences of natural disasters according to the "4 on-site" motto; focusing on clearing rocks and soil, reinforcing landslide locations, clearing the flow, temporarily repairing the roadbed and surface, and arranging barriers and traffic safety warnings. In particular, the units prioritize clearing the roads at the remaining locations to serve the relief work and ensure the travel needs of the people in the shortest time.

Since November 20, the Departments of Construction have proactively mobilized about 160 vehicles, including 16-45 seat passenger vans, 7-8 ton trucks, cranes and dump trucks to support the transportation of relief goods, rescue forces and serve the travel needs of people in areas heavily affected by floods.

Regarding the response to storm No. 15, the Vietnam Road Administration continues to request road management units to maintain 24/7 duty, increase patrols and monitor the scene; at the same time, focus on repairing damage to road infrastructure and ensuring traffic order and safety on affected routes.
