PV SHIPYARD FAMILY DAY 2025 – CONNECTING LOVE

In the joyful atmosphere to celebrate the 18th anniversary of the establishment of the Oil and Gas Rig Manufacturing Joint Stock Company (July 9, 2007 - July 9, 2025), PV Shipyard Family Day 2025 with the theme "Connecting love" took place completely and emotionally on the evening of July 6, 2025 at the PTSC Culture and Sports Center. The event is not only a true playground for families of employees, but also an opportunity to connect, share, spread love and add positive energy to the PV Shipyard team after days of hard work.

Connecting from simple things

At the beginning of the program, the representative of the Company's Board of Directors gave a welcome speech and shared many emotions about the 18-year journey of formation and development of PV Shipyard. In the speech, the Leader emphasized:
“Over the past 18 years, PV Shipyard has not only been a workplace, but also a place to connect strangers into teammates, from colleagues to brothers. We believe that each happy family will be the foundation for the PV Shipyard family to grow more and more sustainably. Today's festival is an opportunity for all of us to have fun, connect - and also a word of gratitude to the families of our staff - those who have always silently supported us from behind.”

The youthful, synchronized flashmob performance from the families stirred up the atmosphere, creating an energetic opening highlight.

All employees and their families took flycam photos together on the field - showing the spirit of solidarity and unity of the PV Shipyard family.

Online uniforms - PV Shipyard's unique style

Before the Festival, all PV Shipyard staff simultaneously changed their social media profile pictures to the program avatar frame with the message "PV Shipyard Family Festival 2025 - Connecting love".

Not just a simple communication activity, wearing the same shirt together in the digital space has contributed to stirring up the festive atmosphere early, spreading the spirit of solidarity, and reminding everyone of the value of connection - not only in work, but also in family and the PV Shipyard community.

Perfect Chain – Play to Connect

One of the highlights is the collective game “Perfect Assembly Line”, where each team coordinates smoothly – simulating the spirit of synchronous operation in manufacturing. Whether engineers, workers or office staff, everyone works together to “pass the baton, connect”, demonstrating the true spirit: work hard – play hard – connect without distance.

Connecting the future - shining childhood
At the children's play area - "Future Connection", children can transform into "little engineers", wear mini protective gear, participate in lego assembly, explore the amazing ball house and try their hand at the challenging game booths "Higher - Stronger - Further - Faster - Smarter".
Not only is it fun to play, children are also exposed to images that are close to their parents' jobs, thereby nurturing curiosity, interest and pride in their family's working environment.

Letters to my hero

Amidst the laughter, the reading of the children’s handwritten letters to their parents brought a touching moment of silence. The immature handwriting and the innocent but sincere words made the whole audience choke up:
“I thank my parents for raising me. I am very grateful that my parents work hard but still take time to teach me and play with me. No matter where you are, you are always the person I trust the most. I love you so much.”
It's not just a child's message, but also a gentle awakening for each of us to cherish the time we spend with our families – and to understand that love always needs to be expressed.

Connect in every sharing activity
At the “Exchange Booth - Old for New”, old items are brought by families of staff and workers to donate and share: from children's books, toys, clothes to small backpacks... Each gift comes with a handwritten card telling the story of the item - creating a warm and humane space.
Cozy Gala - Spreading Joy
The Gala Dinner ended the festival with a warm and affectionate atmosphere. The homegrown performances by the staff and their children brought applause, laughter and countless emotions. The presence of the band, circus, magic… made the festival even more brilliant.

Connect today – spread tomorrow
Although it only took place from afternoon to evening, PV Shipyard Family Day 2025 left a beautiful echo in the hearts of every participant. This is not only an opportunity for internal connection, but also a bridge between generations in the family - for children to better understand their parents' work, for parents to see their children grow up in the loving arms of the PV Shipyard family.
