On the evening of November 20, the first "Vietnamese Rice Noodle Festival - Delicious dishes from vermicelli" event opened at 23/9 Park, Ho Chi Minh City, attracting a large number of people and tourists.
The event was a large-scale event with nearly 100 booths introducing hundreds of special dishes made from vermicelli and pho from three regions, combined with demonstrations of traditional crafts such as vermicelli pulling and cake making. Visitors were excited to experience the vibrant festival atmosphere, enjoy rich cuisine and learn about Vietnamese culinary culture.
The organizers emphasized the significance of honoring the value of rice fibers - a symbol of rice civilization, and at the same time honoring many artisans who have contributed to the development of the country's cuisine.
