On March 6, 2024, the Provincial People's Committee issued Decision No. 500/QD.UBND recognizing Hoa Tien village, Chau Tien commune, Quy Chau district as a community tourism destination.
In the decision, the Provincial People's Committee requested the Quy Chau District People's Committee to take the lead and coordinate with relevant agencies, organizations, and individuals to manage the community tourism site in Hoa Tien village, Chau Tien commune, Quy Chau district, ensuring compliance with regulations and maximizing the effectiveness of the tourism site.

To date, Nghe An province has 28 tourist destinations officially recognized by the Provincial People's Committee, including: Truong Bon Historical Site; Quang Trung Emperor Temple and Phuong Hoang Trung Do historical site; Ho Chi Minh Square and Ho Chi Minh Monument; Nghe Tinh Soviet Museum; Dai Tue Pagoda; Muong Thanh Dien Lam Eco-tourism Area; Ban Nua Community Tourism Site; Khe Kem Waterfall; Ong Hoang Muoi Temple; Qua Son Temple; Phan Boi Chau Memorial Site; Corn Temple; Pu Mat National Park; Km 0 National Special Monument - Ho Chi Minh Trail; Nguyen Xi Temple; Cuong Temple; Van Temple; Nghe An Museum; Military Region 4 Museum; Ban Xieng - Pha Lai - Giang River Community and Eco-tourism Site; Chin Gian Temple; Ru Gam Temple and Pagoda; Duc Hoang Temple; Le Hong Phong Memorial Area; Hon Mat Eco-tourism and Hotel Area; HDT Eco-tourism Area, Thanh Chuong District. An orchard and timber plantation combined with an experimental farm (Eo Gió Eco-Experiential Garden), Nam Đàn district; Hoa Tiến village community tourism destination, Quỳ Châu district.

Thus, currently in Vinh City there are 5 tourist destinations; Con Cuong district has 4; Nam Dan district has 3; Hung Nguyen, Do Luong, Dien Chau, and Yen Thanh districts each have 2 tourist destinations; and Nghi Loc, Thanh Chuong, Tan Ky, Nghia Dan, Quy Chau, Que Phong, Tuong Duong districts and Hoang Mai town each have 1 tourist destination.

The recognition of tourist destinations aims to protect, preserve, and develop tourism resources; strengthen security and social order, protect the ecological environment, and diversify service types at tourist destinations.
At the same time, it is necessary to promote interest, communication, and investment attraction from organizations, individuals, and businesses in tourism activities; contributing to raising the sense of responsibility of all levels of government and local people, and responsible tourists; aiming to build Nghe An as a destination in tourists' itineraries.
