
Accordingly, the Provincial People's Committee proposes the specific operating budget level for commune-level socio- political organizations as follows:
For the Vietnam Fatherland Front, it is 30 million VND/commune/year for type I communes; 25 million VND/commune/year for type II communes; 20 million VND/commune/year for type III communes.
For the remaining socio-political organizations including: Veterans Association, Women's Association, Farmers' Association, Ho Chi Minh Communist Youth Union, it is 80 million VND/commune/year for type I communes; 70 million VND/commune/year for type II communes; 60 million VND/commune/year for type III communes.
The Provincial People's Committee requests the District People's Committee to consider supporting a number of other policies for the activities of commune-level socio-political organizations, depending on the local budget balance capacity.
The operating budget for the People's Mobilization Team in hamlets and villages with 350 households or more; blocks with 500 households or more; hamlets, blocks, and villages belonging to key commune-level administrative units with complicated security and order issues according to the decision of competent authorities; hamlets, blocks, and villages belonging to commune-level administrative units in border and island areas is 3.5 million VND/team/year. For the People's Mobilization Team in the remaining hamlets, blocks, and villages, it is 3 million VND/team/year.
According to current regulations, the level of operating budget support for the People's Mobilization Team in hamlets and villages with 350 households or more; hamlets and villages in key communes with complicated security and order issues according to the decision of competent authorities; hamlets and villages in border communes is 2.5 million VND/year/team; and the People's Mobilization Teams in the remaining hamlets, blocks and villages is currently 2 million VND/year/team.
