Photographer Nguyen Vinh Hien is the Chairman of the Vietnam Association of Photographic Artists in Vinh Long province.

The Vinh Long Provincial Literature and Arts Association and the Vietnam Association of Photographic Artists (NSNA) of the province have just held a meeting to announce the decision of the Vietnam Association of Photographic Artists and arrange the organization of the association after the merger of the three NSNA branches of Ben Tre, Tra Vinh and Vinh Long.

The Vinh Long Provincial Literature and Arts Association and the Vietnam Association of Photographic Artists (NSNA) of the province have just held a meeting to announce the decision of the Vietnam Association of Photographic Artists and arrange the organization of the association after the merger of the three NSNA branches of Ben Tre, Tra Vinh and Vinh Long.

Mr. Tran Thanh Son - Chairman of the Literature and Arts Association of Vinh Long province presented the decision of the Vietnam Association of National Artists to establish the Vietnam Association of National Artists in Vinh Long province.

Accordingly, the meeting approved the decision of the Vietnam Association of Fine Arts on the establishment of the Vietnam Association of Fine Arts in Vinh Long province with 29 members; at the same time, appointed Fine Arts Nguyen Vinh Hien - Head of the Vietnam Association of Fine Arts in Vinh Long province (old) to hold the position of Head of the Vietnam Association of Fine Arts in Vinh Long province; and 7 other Fine Arts artists to hold the position of Vice Head of the Vietnam Association of Fine Arts in Vinh Long province.

Delegates and members of the Vietnam Association of Fine Arts in Vinh Long province took souvenir photos at the meeting.

On this occasion, the Vietnam Association of Fine Arts in Vinh Long province discussed and proposed directions for activities from now until the end of 2025; assigned tasks to members; discussed and proposed that the Vietnam Association of Fine Arts consider admitting two new members.
