Instead of pursuing careers in fields where relatives have previously achieved success, many young artists choose their own paths that suit their abilities, demonstrating their efforts in establishing their personal mark.

Recently, Cam, the daughter of singer Duy Manh, has continuously released musical products such as "Lonely," "Tuc Tac Xuc Xac ," etc. Unlike the ballad style that her father successfully performed, the female singer has chosen a new direction with songs that are youthful and cheerful. Sharing about this choice, Cam affirmed that her foundation is still the love songs that Duy Manh wrote. However, in her career, she chose a more upbeat genre, hoping to convey positive energy to listeners. "My father really likes me singing love songs, and I know that. But I've only been pursuing music for about 3 and a half years, so this is a time for me to experience and experiment. Maybe in the future, if I want to look inward more, I will switch to making ballads," Cam expressed.

LEXXY believes that, in addition to the advantages, those from artistic families also face considerable pressure when pursuing a career in the arts.

Speaking about his daughter's career path, Duy Manh said that at the moment, he doesn't put pressure on Cam to achieve great success in her profession. Instead, the singer wants his daughter to first "experiment" with music to find a suitable path for herself. According to Duy Manh, Cam's self-experience will help her mature and become more confident in the artistic environment.

As the daughter of musician Tú Dưa and "wushu queen" Thúy Hiền, LEXXY has also garnered attention for her decision to pursue a career in the arts. While Tú Dưa was previously known for his emotionally rich ballads, LEXXY brings a different flavor to the market – pursuing lively, catchy songs. Her image as a seductive girl in songs like "Bật đèn xanh" and "Niem chill" has helped LEXXY gain popularity with audiences.

Although renowned for his Cai Luong (traditional Vietnamese opera) performances, Chau Thanh's daughter, Chau Ngoc Tien, has pursued a career in contemporary music. Despite this, he continues to support and rejoice at seeing his beloved daughter achieve milestones in her singing career. For Chau Thanh, regardless of the art form his daughter chooses, the most important thing is serving the audience.

Singer Soobin also comes from a family with a tradition in the arts; his father is the zither artist Huynh Tu. Although his son pursues pop music, what makes artist Huynh Tu proud is that his son has blended the essence of traditional folk art into modern songs. Singer LEXXY, born in the 2000s, said she received great support from her family. In addition, early exposure to music gave her a solid foundation. "Those experiences weren't a 'shortcut,' but they helped me understand early on that music is a long journey, requiring perseverance and discipline," LEXXY shared. However, along with the advantages, LEXXY believes that having a family involved in the arts also brings her unavoidable pressures. "I'm not trying to deny or avoid my background. On the contrary, I choose to confront it by working more seriously, diligently, and investing more in each musical product. Because only when I have my own unique mark will the audience truly remember me as an independent artist, not just a title attached to me. My parents and grandparents always reminded me that if I've chosen this profession, I must be truly hardworking, truly persistent, and always deeply committed to my music. That seriousness and discipline are the foundation for me to confidently walk my own path, even knowing that there are still many challenges ahead," LEXXY expressed.

For his part, renowned singer Chau Thanh fully supports his daughter's choice of a field that suits her abilities and strengths. He confided: "In the singing profession, to achieve success, one must overcome many difficulties. Therefore, Tien, or any young person who wants to reap the rewards, must love the profession and dedicate themselves wholeheartedly to it.
