According to Professor Dr. Le Hong Ly, Chairman of the Vietnam Folk Arts Association, over the past 50 years, the work of researching, collecting and restoring heritage has achieved many positive results. One of the most encouraging signs today is the emergence of artists who know how to renew traditional materials, bringing folk sounds back to contemporary life through music , theater, fashion and digital platforms.
A typical example is Hoa Minzy with the MV Thi Mau, inspired by ancient Cheo but expressed with a modern, youthful spirit. The product not only spread strongly on social networks but also helped young audiences approach traditional art in a close, lively way. Similarly, the MV Bac Blink combines Quan Ho folk songs in modern arrangements, bringing the beauty of regional music to young audiences...
At the workshop, many researchers also agreed that the participation of young artists with a spirit of innovation and creativity is making an important contribution to helping Vietnamese folk culture continue to be vibrant, attractive and adaptable in the digital age.
