Project acceptance: "Support for application of advanced machinery and equipment in fruit processing and production"

On August 19, at Chieng Di residential group, Van Son ward, the Center for Investment, Trade and Tourism Promotion in coordination with the Department of Industry and Trade and the Department of Economy, Infrastructure and Urban Areas of Van Son ward organized the acceptance of the Project "Support for the application of advanced machinery and equipment in fruit production and processing" in 2025 for the beneficiary unit, the 19/5 Agricultural Development Service Cooperative.

The project is implemented by the Provincial Investment, Trade and Tourism Promotion Center in coordination with the 19/5 Agricultural Development Service Cooperative from the second quarter to the third quarter of 2025, with a total cost of purchasing machinery and equipment of nearly 659 million VND.

The funds were used to invest in 2 vacuum dryers 300KG/H Model SCK300/ENV.K05, with a capacity of 300 kg of raw materials/batch. Of which, the Provincial Center for Investment, Trade and Tourism Promotion supported 288 million VND from local industrial promotion capital in 2025.

Through the actual assessment at the beneficiary unit, the Acceptance Council concluded that the Project met the requirements, ensuring the objectives and contents according to the plan. Putting the equipment into production helped the Cooperative complete the production line, improve productivity, product quality, increase competitiveness in the market; at the same time, reduce the pressure on fresh fruit consumption for farmers in the raw material area, contributing to stabilizing output and creating sustainable livelihoods for households and cooperatives growing fruit trees in the area.
