Resolution No. 102/2023/NQ-HDND dated July 12, 2023 of the People's Council of Ninh Binh province regulating the policy of supporting centralized health rehabilitation for people with revolutionary contributions and relatives of martyrs in the province.
The beneficiaries of the support policy under Resolution No. 102 include: People with revolutionary contributions who are receiving monthly preferential allowances (people who participated in revolutionary activities before January 1, 1945; people who participated in revolutionary activities from January 1, 1945 to the August 1945 uprising; Vietnamese heroic mothers; People's Armed Forces heroes; Labor heroes during the resistance period; war invalids, including type B war invalids recognized before December 31, 1993; people who enjoy policies like war invalids; sick soldiers; people who participated in resistance activities and were infected with chemically toxic soil; people who participated in revolutionary activities, resistance activities, protecting the Fatherland, and performing international duties and were captured and imprisoned by the enemy; people who did not contribute to the revolution.
The second group of beneficiaries of the support policy is the martyrs' relatives who are receiving monthly preferential allowances, including: the martyrs' biological fathers and mothers; people who have raised the martyrs; the martyrs' spouses; the martyrs' children (biological children, adopted children) with severe disabilities or extremely severe disabilities.
The Resolution specifically stipulates the policy to support concentrated health rehabilitation nursing (in addition to the support level guaranteed by the Central budget) at 1,000,000 VND/nursing period.
Including: food support for the first day of nursing care is 100,000 VND/person/session; sightseeing support is 200,000 VND/person/session; cash gifts are 700,000 VND/person/session.
The Resolution was passed by the 15th Ninh Binh Provincial People's Council at the 15th session and took effect from July 22, 2023.
