Ngoc Lan and Van Anh lost to the Chinese hot girl couple

Nguyen Thi Ngoc Lan and Than Van Anh failed to surprise the Chinese pair in the round of 16 of the VietNam Open 2025 Badminton Tournament.

On the evening of September 11, the host country duo Nguyen Thi Ngoc Lan and Than Van Anh lost 0-2 (8-21, 10-21) to Bao Li Jing and Li Hua Zhou in the women's doubles event of the VietNam Open 2025.

Despite having a higher ranking on the chart, Ngoc Lan and Van Anh (ranked 343) were completely overwhelmed by the Chinese couple (ranked 628).

The two Chinese players took full advantage of their physical advantages. The advantage was most clearly shown in powerful smashes, leaving the Vietnamese representatives unable to respond.
